Louise is English and works as an Organisation consultant and Executive Coach. She has been living and working in Spain since 1992 and in recent years has been developing her practice as a specialist in Cross Cultural issues. She is a Director of Schubert Consulting which forms part of an International Network of Cross Cultural and Organisation Development Specialists called ITAP International.

Louise's first professional qualifications were gained in Hotel and Catering Management and after several years in operations she joined the Hotel and Catering Training Board where she specialised in Training and Development and assessed and advised a portfolio of hotel companies with Headquarters in the London area. In 1987 Louise completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management which led to full membership of the now Chartered Institute of Personnel. In 2000 she completed a Master in Organisation Consulting at Ashridge.

Louise has also worked as Training and Development Manager at Liberty Retail in London and as the Training and Development and Human Resource Manager for Novotel UK and Novotel in Spain.

English is her mother tongue, she speaks Spanish, French, German and Catalan.
