COS Round Tables
2006 COS Round Table. "Creating culturally competent firms: strategies for gaining from cultural pluralism"
The Round Table was chaired by Lalit Johrl, professor of the
Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) of Bangkok and visiting professor
at EADA, and was attended by extremely interesting speakers such as
Max Bolsot (Birmingham University), Imal Iroshi (Toyota), Sameer Prasad (India),
Francisco Escarti (Boeing), David Dinwoodie (EADA) and Mary van der Boom (Global TMC).
The 21 speakers at the Round Table were given the chance to debate
for two and a half days on the competitive advantages of multicultural organisations.
